Cardiovascular Health Risk Assessment – The Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center presents Heart-to-Heart, a program to help you find out your risk for cardiovascular disease. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 101 W. Eighth Ave., Suite 1200. The cost of this screening includes several tests, educational materials and follow-up is $60. FUNctional Fitness Class – U-District Physical Therapy is offering a specialized conditioning class for active people of all levels and ages.
