Name: Michelle King

Age: 23

Hometown: I was born and raised in Post Falls.

Occupation: I’m the president of Columbia Stock Transfer Co. I worked for my grandfather here then inherited it. I’m also a student at Lewis and Clark College, a senior in accounting.

Family: I’m married to Jeremy. We’re expecting our first child in February.

Hobbies: Camping, fly-fishing, four-wheeling, swimming and scapbooking.

What do you like about North Idaho? I like everything: the clean air, the big trees and mountains, and the fact that my family’s here. Oh, I also like the fact that there’s little traffic.

What do you like or dislike about the current season? Fall is my favorite season. I’m a cool weather person. The weather’s just right for camping and fishing.

Favorite music: Old country and rock.

Favorite TV show: “The Office”

Favorite movie: “Fried Green Tomatoes”

Favorite spot in North Idaho? Why? The area around Kingston. It’s so pretty, and we do a lot of fishing and camping near there. And, my family has property in the area.
