Flu Shots: Spokane – The Spokane Regional Health District will offer discounted flu shots Thursday from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Spokane Falls Community College Student Union Building, 3410 W. Fort George Wright Drive, and the Spokane Community College Lair Center, 1810 N. Greene St. The cost is $20 and no appointment is necessary. Call (509) 324-1442 for more information.

Flu Shots: North Idaho – The Panhandle Health District is offering a series of flu shot clinics in November. The first is on Friday from 9 a.m.-noon at the Post Falls Trading Co., 1501 E. Seltice Way. Additional clinics will be held on Fridays in November from 1-4 p.m. at the Panhandle Health District, 8500 N. Atlas Road, Hayden. Shots are $25; Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. Adult Children from Dysfunctional Families and Co-Dependents – How to grow out of these dysfunctional patterns in a 26-week program of group therapy and support with tools for the results you want.
