Elect Clark; he opposes fuzzy math

Keith Clark is running for school board in the Central Valley School District. I hope he gets elected because he supports the elimination of fuzzy math.

From 1998 to 2005, on average 13 percent of the CVSD graduates who went to Spokane Community Colleges had to take remedial math. And then in 2006, it jumped to 52 percent of the CVSD graduates who had to take remedial math.

So 39 percent more kids can’t test into college math because these are the students who were taught only fuzzy math in high school, which contains very little algebra.

We need a school board member who will work to get this changed. Vote Keith Clark for CVSD school board.
