Quarterback: C-

Despite 347 yards and three TDs in air, offense failed to score for most of 2nd half.

Running backs: C+

While Tardy was available, he ran well and kept rushers off Brink.

Receivers: C+

Gibson and Collins had career games under extreme pressure.

Offensive line: C-

Holes were there in the first half, but UA pressure filled them in second half.

Defensive line: D

Arizona ran at will from the first play, plus there was rarely pressure on QB.

Linebackers: D-

Missed tackles led to too many extra yards early – and late.

Defensive backs: D-

The idea this year has been to keep receivers in front. It didn’t happen.

Special teams: D-

The punt team’s shortcomings overshadow everything else.

Coaching: D

Arizona decided to turn into a running team. The Cougars prepared for the passing version.
