Wanchai Ferry Chinese Dinner Kits

If you’re looking for an alternative to Chinese take-out, food panel members might suggest Wanchai Ferry. The Kung Pao Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken kits got four and a half and four stars, respectively, in a recent taste test by our panel. The kits come loaded with sauce, jasmine rice and other goodies. Cooks add their own chicken to make it a meal. “Two-star heat, tender meat and good rice,” Andy Hoye said of the Kung Pao dinner. “There’s lots to like here.” Gabe Kohler liked the sweet-and-sour version: “The chicken is very well cooked and there is a good amount of it. The sweet-and-sour combo is a grand slam.”
