Wedding vows were exchanged by Karen Kasper and Carl Harris Jr. in a Dec. 1 ceremony at Fort Sherman Chapel in Coeur d’Alene.

Ray and Raylene Wemhoff, Grangeville, Idaho, and the late Jerry Kasper, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Carl and Saundra Harris, Deer Park.

A reception at the Elks Lodge in Coeur d’Alene followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Coeur d’Alene and planned to take a honeymoon at a later date.

The bride, a graduate of North Idaho College, is an administrative assistant at the Idaho Education Association. The groom works as a mechanic for the city of Coeur d’Alene.
