For the week of Aug. 4-8

Monday – Hungarian goulash with sour cream, vegetables, carrots, potato roll, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday – Fish fillet with tartar sauce, vegetables, peas, rye bread, berry crisp.

Wednesday – Rosemary chicken, parslied potatoes, vegetables, whole wheat bread, mandarin oranges.

Thursday – Lasagna, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, peaches, garlic breadstick, butterscotch pudding.

Friday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, vegetables, brussel sprouts, whole grain roll, baked apple slices.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Cajun salad with salmon, vegetables, rye bread, berry crisp.
