Light the way

Print out our map and start planning your own holiday lights tour

Thanks to you, we have seen the lights.

Or at least we’re going to, once we get around to checking out all the holiday light displays that readers have told us about.

We’ve received some 60 submissions so far. You’ll find a list, arranged by area, printed on page D8 of this section.

Or go on the Web at www.spokesmanreview.com/holiday lights and you can make maps to plan your route.

Along with the usual Santas/snowmen/reindeer etc., there’s everything from Ferris wheels to igloos to lighted disco balls (“Ah, ho, ho, ho, Santa’s alive, Santa’s alive!”).

We know there’s still lots more out there that we haven’t heard about yet (yes, South Hill and North Idaho, we’re talking about you) – and it’s not too late.

Just go to the Web site and tell us what we’re missing, whether it’s your house or your neighbor’s. We’ll keep adding to the online list between now and Christmas, and will print an updated version in Thursday’s Voice sections.

Come on, don’t hide your light – let it shine.
