Robert Wayne Webb was sentenced to a year in prison for improperly storing hazardous waste from meth labs in Rathdrum, Idaho, and a Spokane home. A federal judge in Idaho also sentenced Webb to pay $71,246.79 in restitution and serve three years probation. Webb pleaded guilty last Sept. 29. Webb’s company, Aalliance Environmental Inc., performed meth lab cleanups throughout the Pacific Northwest under various federal contracts. A federal investigation found he failed to properly store the wastes. An EPA investigation found 71 containers of hazardous waste inside a garage in Spokane.
