Senior meals

For the week of Dec. 22-26

Monday – Beef stew with vegetables, corn, biscuit, oatmeal fruit bar.

Tuesday – Barbecue riblet, baked beans, parslied cauliflower, breadstick, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday – Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, sage stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin custard.

Thursday – Merry Christmas. All sites closed.

Friday – Sweet and sour meatballs over rice, vegetables, wheat bread, peach cobbler.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Bayou chicken salad, breadstick, fruit cocktail.
