Shock bring back Nikolao

Defensive lineman Harrison Nikolao will return to the Spokane Shock for the 2009 af2 season.

The team also announced Tuesday that defensive linemen Ben McCombs and Richard Clebert had been added to their roster along with fullback Demetrius Forney.

Also, the team traded wide receiver Alex Watson to the Amarillo Dusters for future considerations.

Nikolao, who played collegiately at Eastern Washington University, registered 13.5 tackles, including seven sacks – second on the team – last season.

McCombs has previous af2 experience with the Bakersfield Blitz and Central Valley Coyotes.

Forney has spent the last two seasons with the Louisville Fire.

Clebert completed his collegiate career at South Florida in 2007.

The Shock will open the season on April 3 at the Arena.
