Interstate 90 cleared

Interstate 90 is now clear following a car crash that blocked two eastbound lanes and the Highway 195 on-ramp. A two-car crash occurred about 2:55 p.m. One driver was arrested on a vehicular assault charge, according to the Washington State Patrol.
