Leave Sprague as it is

The Spokesman-Review

The piles of snow aside, when my vehicle finally reached University going west on Sprague, traffic finally moved again. We had waited at Sullivan, Evergreen and the Pines intersections for two to three stoplight cycles.

Hopefully the Spokane Valley City Council sees the complete fallacy of turning Sprague back to a two-way road. Just as complete a fallacy as believing you can create a Valley City Center at University versus farther east toward Sullivan.
