Jesse Vaughan and Daniel Anderson each scored 16 points as Rogers managed a 63-52 Greater Spokane League boys win at Lewis and Clark. The Tigers (3-14, 3-14) pulled to within one point in the fourth quarter, but the Pirates (7-12, 6-12) converted 10 of 11 free throws, including 4 of 4 from Vaughan, to seal the victory. Both squads shot well from the line with Rogers shooting 18 of 20 and Lewis and Clark going 12 of 15. Jordan Hanson had 12 points for the Tigers and Andrew Durant pitched in nine points for Rogers.

• Reardan dominated the boards and Ryan Schulz had a game-high 20 points in a 67-53 first-round win over Wellpinit in the District 7 2B playoffs at Spokane Community College. The Indians (18-2, 13-2) held a 38-27 rebounding edge against the Redskins (13-8, 10-5). Schulz added nine rebounds and six assists. Cody Flett had 18 points for Wellpinit and T.J. Flett added 11 points. Reardan plays St. George’s on Wednesday at 5 p.m. and Wellpinit plays Wilbur-Creston at 6:45 p.m. at SCC. … Lind-Ritzville senior forward Matt Saetre had 14 points and seven rebounds as the Bulldogs topped Selkirk 45-34 at the District 7 2B playoffs at Spokane Falls Community College. Lind-Ritzville (17-3, 12-3) benefited from a 14-0 run that spanned the third and fourth quarters to put away the Rangers (12-9, 11-4). Colton Enyeart had seven points and six rebounds for Selkirk. Lind-Ritzville plays Northwest Christian on Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. and Selkirk plays Davenport at 6:45 p.m. at SCC. … St. George’s Henry Butler exploded for 34 points in a 67-53 District 7 2B playoff win over Wilbur-Creston at Spokane Falls CC. Butler connected on 5 of 6 3-pointers for the Dragons (19-2, 14-0). Austin Snavely had 24 points for Wilbur-Creston (9-11, 7-9).… Northwest Christian aided from an offensive burst in the second half en route to a 59-38 District 7 2B win over Davenport. Matt Zandbergen had 20 points and nine rebounds for the Crusaders (19-1, 15-0). Jarod Gunning pitched in 14 points for Davenport (10-11, 6-9).

Ryan Hamilton scored 13 points and added nine rebounds and six assists to lead Colfax past Chewelah 58-46 in a Northeast A League game. For the Bulldogs (15-5, 8-2), Sylas Rohner had 16 points, nine rebounds and two blocks. Mike Naccarato pitched in 17 points for Chewelah (6-14, 3-7). … Freeman jumped out to an early lead and cruised to a 65-48 win over Kettle Falls. Luke Mathews had 11 poins, 13 assists and seven steals for Freeman (12-8, 6-4). Lucas Fox scored 13 points for Kettle Falls (7-13, 2-8).

• Rosalia’s 6-foot-4 freshman Nathan Richards had 28 points in a 53-45 Whitman County League win over LaCrosse-Washtucna. Richards shot 11 of 20 from the field for the Spartans (14-5, 8-3). Beaux Martin and Adam Roberts had 16 points apiece for the Tigercats (10-9, 6-5). … Tekoa-Oakesdale dismantled Colton 85-46 . Casey Cook had 21 points and brother Kelly Cook added 17 for the Nighthawks (3-17, 1-12). Nick Heitstuman had 21 points for Colton (5-12, 2-9).

Girls

Priest River used a balanced scoring attack in a 57-44 Intermountain League win over Kellogg. It snapped Kellogg’s 15-game winning streak and forced Priest River (17-2, 6-1) and Kellogg (15-2, 6-1) into a tie for the league title. Priest River won a coin flip for No. 1 seed into the tournament. Melissa Hopkins led Priest River with 10 points and Marisa Bush scored 24 points for Kellogg. Priest River faces Bonners Ferry and Kellogg plays St. Maries on Wednesday in the league tournament. … Bonners Ferry held off Timberlake 50-43 in an Intermountain League loser-out game. Camille Robertson had 13 points and 10 rebounds for Bonners Ferry (9-11, 3-5). Cassie Thompson scored 17 points for Timberlake (7-13, 1-7).

• Lakeside (Plummer) cruised to 56-29 win over Mullan in North Star League action. Rian Miller had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Lakeside (10-8, 7-2). Fawn Story scored a game-high 19 points and pulled down 23 rebounds for Mullan (0-17, 0-9).

• Greater Spokane League-leading Lewis and Clark defeated Rogers 77-11. Kristen Santos had 12 points for the Tigers (17-0, 16-0). Jeneva Anderson had a game-high 18 points for Rogers (0-18, 0-17).

Megan McIntyre had 13 points to lead Freeman over Kettle Falls 62-44 in a Northeast A League game. Carley Heinen added 12 points for the Scotties (19-1, 9-1). Chelsea Brisbois had 17 points for Kettle Falls (8-10, 4-6). … Colfax had three players score in double figures en route to a 70-37 league win over Chewelah. Megan Teade scored 20 points to lead the Bulldogs (16-4, 9-1). Jennifer Richmond had eight points for Chewelah (7-13, 3-7).

Desiree Chappell had a game-high 26 points and Tekoa-Oakesdale missed one shot in the extra frame of a 53-51 overtime Whitman County League win over Colton. Shelby Puckett added 11 points for Tekoa-Oakesdale (13-7, 9-3). Alisa Moehrle-Druffel had 20 points for Colton (16-2, 9-2). … Meghan Startin hit a late 3-pointer to help LaCrosse-Washtucna hold off Rosalia 47-38. Karla Koller led the Tigercats (11-8, 4-7) with 25 points. Michelle Maley had 15 points for Rosalia (11-8, 3-8).
