For the week of Feb. 18-22

Monday – Barbecue beef on a bun, baked beans, coleslaw, fruit cocktail, majestic square.

Tuesday – Macaroni and cheese, vegetables, sourdough bread, fruited gelatin.

Wednesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, roasted red potatoes, vegetables, cornbread, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – Sweet and sour pork over rice, green beans, carrots, potato roll, pineapple tidbits.

Friday – Roast beef with gravy, vegetables, french bread, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.

Salad Menu –Tuesdays (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Cobb salad, vegetables, sourdough bread, fruited gelatin.
