Story on Moscow had errors

Because of a reporter’s errors, the Dec. 24 Page One story about the May shootings in Moscow, Idaho, contained several inaccuracies. The story should have said that Sgt. Brannon Jordan remains affiliated with the Latah County Sheriff’s Office, and that Moscow police Sgt. Phil Gray was a Latah County sheriff’s sergeant when the shootings occurred. Additionally, a wooden bench was dedicated to Moscow police Officer Lee Newbill, whose memorial service was held May 25.
