Some skiers were stuck on chairlifts when a power outage hit the Mt. Spokane ski area Thursday evening. A brief item in Friday’s newspaper indicated otherwise.

Shogan misquoted

Council President Joe Shogan told a reporter that the annexation of land along North Division Street is a “significant milestone for the city.” In an article in Thursday’s Spokesman-Review, Shogan was misquoted.
