Inmates not seeking names

In a story Monday about five Missouri death row inmates, the Associated Press reported erroneously that the plaintiffs are seeking the identities of members of the inmates’ execution team. In the filings, the plaintiffs’ lawyers argue they should be allowed to depose execution team members to explore their competence but that the identities of the execution team members would be protected.
