Monday – Vegetable beef stew, parslied cauliflower, whole grain bread, spiced pears.

Tuesday – Barbecue chicken breast on bun, carrots, vegetables, banana half, lemon bar.

Wednesday – Baked ham with pineapple sauce, diced sweet potatoes, vegetables, caraway rye bread, peaches.

Thursday – Baked potato with chili, cheese and sour cream, vegetables, French bread, berry cobbler.

Friday – Enchilada casserole with corn chips, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, Mandarin oranges.

Salad Menu – Tuesdays (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Bayou chicken salad, vegetables, banana half, lemon bar.
