Cancellations norm for local sports events

Weather conditions resulted in the postponement or cancellation of nearly every high school sporting event Tuesday.

In the exception, Ed Wolfe totaled 26 points, five rebounds and five steals as Lake Roosevelt (15-2) defeated visiting Okanogan 79-47 in Caribou Trail League play at Coulee Dam.

Community Colleges of Spokane announced it is postponing today’s home games with Big Bend until Feb. 23, when the women will play at 2 p.m. and the men at 4 at Spokane Falls CC.
