Online spot for political news, how-tos

The Spokesman-Review

As Inland Northwest voters prepare to help select the next presidential candidates, The Spokesman-Review’s Web site is expanding its political coverage.

A revamped Spin Control offers candidate profiles and headlines, polls and video clips from the campaign trail.

There will be an expanded calendar of campaign and political events, voter information and a way for Spokane County residents to find out where their precinct caucuses will be held Feb. 9. Think of it as Spin Control 2.0.

Have a question about how the Washington primary works? Wonder why Idaho Democrats go to a caucus Feb. 5 but Idaho Republicans vote in a May primary? Spin Control has the answers.

It’s just in time for Super Tuesday and the votes beyond.

And it’s all available at spokesmanreview.com/elections
