Level III offender living in Spokane Valley

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office wants to notify Spokane Valley residents living in the 12400 block of East Broadway that a Level III sex offender has moved into the neighborhood.

Tomas K. Irwin, 20, was convicted of first-degree child rape in 2002 involving an 8-year-old neighbor boy, said sheriff’s Sgt. Dave Reagan. The offense occurred in Klickitat County.

Irwin is not currently under supervision, Reagan said.
