“Catch the Reading Bug at the Coeur d’Alene Library” - Summer reading program begins Tuesday and runs through July 25. Children can pick up a Summer Reading Log at the Seagraves Children Library, on the lower level of the Coeur d’Alene Library. Route of the Hiawatha - The “crown jewel” of rail-to-trail mountain bicycle trails is operated by Lookout Pass Ski Area. Wind through 10 tunnels and seven high trestles. This 15-mile route crosses the Bitterroot Mountains between Idaho and Montana, best known for the long St. Paul Pass or “Taft” Tunnel which is 1.66 miles in length. It’s all downhill with shuttle buses available to take you and your bike back to the top. Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach - Admission includes all rides, attractions and shows in the park and at the beach. Summer Arts Program for Youth - Now taking registration for kids grades K-12 for sessions on June 19-28 and July 10-19.
