Vonda and Loris Johnson celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with a dinner for family and friends at Clinkerdagger’s Restaurant on Saturday.

Hosts for the event included their children: Judy Johnson, Clarksville, Tenn.; Drew Johnson, Newport, Ore.; and Darcy Holley, Santa Cruz, Calif.

The couple were married June 15, 1938, in Spokane. They have five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
