For Demi, it’s the more, the merrier

The Spokesman-Review

Demi Moore makes it a family affair in the April issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

Moore, 45, who can be seen next in the crime drama “Flawless” (in theaters March 28), discusses husband Ashton Kutcher and her daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis.

On the age difference between her and Kutcher, 30, she says, “People made such a fuss about it, you would have thought the world had never seen it before. Age wasn’t what I was thinking about, but to the rest of the world it was a very big deal.”

As for her close relationship with Willis, “We get so much from being able to share holidays and spend time with all of us together. The kids don’t have to choose. They’re getting double the support, double the love, double the encouragement.”

Adds daughter Tallulah, 14: “We are one big family. Late at night, after a long day, we can sit around and laugh with one another.”

The importance of family – also including daughters Rumer, 19, and Scout, 16 – is bolstered by Kutcher: “I have a rule for myself when I am not on location shooting: that I am home for dinner by 6 every night.”

It’s their shared medium

Speaking of family, Rosanna Arquette will guest star on sister Patricia‘s TV series “Medium” this spring, making her the third Arquette sibling to weigh in.

The episode, airing April 7, features the 48-year-old Rosanna as “a beautiful, calculating ‘cougar’ who enjoys the challenges of bedding younger men” and pops up in the dreams of crime-fighting psychic Allison Dubois “when her sexual escapades turn deadly.”

Brother David recently directed two episodes of the show, and another brother, Richmond, guest starred two years ago.

The more, the marrow-er

A leukemia patient in dire need of a bone marrow transplant reportedly has found a donor after Grammy winner Rihanna publicized her case.

The Barbados-born singer’s efforts on behalf of Lisa Gershowitz Flynn sparked more than 5,000 calls and e-mails to DKMS, a German-based donor network.

A bit more bustylicious

Kelly Rowland, who sang “Bootylicious” with Beyonce in Destiny’s Child, reveals that she had plastic surgery last October to bring her “from an A-cup to a B-cup.”

“I was sick of not fitting into my tops,” she says. “There was this one really hot House of Dereon top – I just wanted to fill that out!”

Her Shanghai swan song

Officials in China say they will be stricter on foreign performers after Icelandic singer Bjork shouted “Tibet! Tibet!” at the end of her concert in Shanghai this week.

China’s 58-year rule over Tibet has drawn frequent condemnation from foreign governments and activists.

A statement by China’s Culture Ministry said Bjork’s outburst “broke Chinese law and hurt Chinese people’s feelings.”
