For the week of March 17-21
Monday – Corned beef, green cabbage, parslied potatoes, fruit cocktail, rye bread, brownie.
Tuesday – Creamed turkey with peas and carrots over biscuit, vegetables, baked apple slices, peanut butter cookie.
Wednesday – Meat loaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, potato roll, peaches.
Thursday – Sweet and sour pork over rice, vegetables, corn, wheat bread, blushing pears.
Friday – Fish patty with lemon sauce, roasted red potatoes, vegetables, sourdough bread, berry cobbler.
