Liberty Lake police picked up two more fugitives wanted on outstanding warrants during the week of March 18-24. Arrested were Shawn R. Cottingham, 18, of Spokane Valley, on two gross misdemeanor warrants, and 22-year-old Tadd J. Howard, of Spokane Valley, on a felony warrant.

Other arrests for the week include three for driving with a suspended license: Stephanie R. Davis, 33, of Otis Orchards, 25-year-old Matthew G. Hopkins of Spokane, and Athol resident Patrick H. Irwin, 43. Eric J. Akerhielm, 36, of Spokane, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. Diane A. Jeckle, 42, of Liberty Lake, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and license and plates required.

Abraham A. Dushey, 48, of Liberty Lake, was arrested for possession of marijuana and 45-year-old Kevin L. Mileham also of Liberty Lake, was arrested on a weapons offense.

Police also responded to calls for child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, harassment, a juvenile runaway, property theft, auto theft, a traffic accident and a fraud/swindle. They issued two citations for license and plates required and four for speeding. Citations were also issued for violating an intermediate license and failure to stop/yield at an intersection.
