Garden Expo Day Trip – Enjoy a visit to the Inland Empire Gardener’s Ninth Annual Garden Expo at Spokane Community College from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The cost is $8/members, $11/nonmembers and includes transportation, admission, and escort services. Mother’s Day Tea and Luncheon – Event will feature entertainment and prizes for best hats, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Hillyard Senior Center, 4001 N. Cook St. The cost is $5. For reservations, call 482-0803.

Lawn Bowling Lessons – Free lessons will be offered by the Spokane Lawn Bowling Club, Saturdays through May 24, at the rink next to Mission Park in the Spokane Valley. For times, contact Bob Tyus at 796-5371.
