The bad news about food prices just keeps coming. The cost of ingredients has jumped over the last year and is expected to keep climbing, along with the cost of fuel and grain.

We’re working on a story about how to save money on your grocery bill. We’ll include tips for slashing costs and eliminating waste, along with budget-friendly recipes.

You can help. Share your best advice for saving money on groceries and your most cost-conscious recipes and we’ll consider using them in the story, planned for later this month. The deadline for submissions is Friday.
