Monday – Riblets, hot red-potato salad, vegetables, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.
Tuesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, parslied potatoes, vegetables, breadstick, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, vegetables, carrots, wheat bread, berry crisp.
Thursday – Lasagna, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, garlic breadstick, apricots.
Friday – Fish patty with tarter sauce on bun, vegetables, parslied cauliflower, pineapple upside down cake.
