Man in hospital after Jeep rollover

From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

A 32-year-old man stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base was injured Saturday when his 1991 Jeep Cherokee rolled over on State Route 25 in Lincoln County, the State Patrol reported.

Christopher K. Duerr was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center, where his condition wasn’t immediately available.

Investigators said Duerr’s SUV was southbound when it drifted onto the right shoulder before the driver over-corrected to the left. The vehicle rolled, coming to rest on its wheels.

Duerr, who may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident, was wearing a seat belt, a WSP spokesman said.
