Senior meals

 

For the week of Dec. 1-5

Monday – Enchilada casserole, vegetables, corn chips, spiced pears.

Tuesday – Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, dinner roll, brownie.

Wednesday – Lasagna with cheese, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, breadstick, orange halves.

Thursday – Teriyaki chicken strips, confetti rice, vegetables, pineapple tidbits.

Friday – Hamburger on a bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise, baked beans, coleslaw, tapioca pudding.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Athenian grilled chicken salad, dinner roll, brownie.

Opportunity Presbyterian Church, (924-9750), 202 N. Pines Road, Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.

Valley Senior Center, (926-1937), 2426 N. Discovery Place, Monday-Friday, noon

Edgecliff Community Center, 6903 E. Fourth Ave., Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Hillyard Senior Center, (482-0803), 4001 N. Cook St., Monday-Friday, 11:45 a.m.

Southside Senior Activity Center, (535-0803), 3151 E. 27th Ave., Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, noon.
