Monday – Swiss steak with tomatoes, parslied potatoes, vegetables, rye bread, pineapple tidbits.
Tuesday – Cube steak with onion gravy, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, breadstick, fruit cup.
Wednesday – Chicken with wild rice, vegetables, wheat bread, spiced pears, peanut butter cookie.
Thursday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, dinner roll, mandarin oranges.
Friday – Krab patty with rice pilaf, vegetables, fruit cup, breadstick, brownie.
Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Fresh fruit and cottage cheese plate, breadstick, fruit cup.
