Mann article well-written

Thank you for printing Lisa Leinberger’s excellent article about the ceremony at Greenwood Memorial Terrace for Congressional Medal of Honor winner Joe E. Mann.

It was well-written and something for the soldier’s family to save with their other memorabilia. As a member of the Spokane Police History Book Committee, I would just like to add that a superb memorial like this is possible only through the generosity and enthusiasm of the Fairmount Memorial Association and its president, Duane Broyles.

Bravo to everyone who made this such a memorable event.
