For the week of Sept. 8-12

Monday – Chicken pot pie over biscuit, brussels sprouts, baked apple slices.

Tuesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, carrots, breadstick, oatmeal cookie.

Wednesday – Lemon chicken over rice pilaf, vegetables, wheat bread, peaches.

Thursday – Beef stroganoff with pasta, vegetables, sourdough bread, mandarin oranges.

Friday – Veal cutlet with mushroom sauce, scalloped potatoes, green beans almondine, dinner roll, blushing pears.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Three melon salad and grilled chicken, breadstick, oatmeal cookie.
