The Wedding Chapel at The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas was the setting for the Aug. 20 wedding of Tracy Poindexter and Quentin Canton.

The bride is the daughter of William and Susan Poindexter, Spokane. The groom is the son of Barry Canton Sr., Spokane, and Connee Harris, Cedar Hill, Texas.

A reception was held at Decades Banquet Facility in Spokane Valley on Sept. 13. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.

The bride, a graduate of Gonzaga University and Seattle University, is an editorial assistant at The Spokesman-Review. The groom, who graduated from Glen Dow Academy of Hair Design, is a barber at Larry’s Afro Barbering and Style Shop.
