– Anti-tax activist Tim Eyman, claiming state Senate Majority Leader Lisa Brown, D-Spokane, had voted for a two-thirds rule in the Senate even though she went to court to challenge an Eyman-backed initiative that requires a two-thirds vote in the Legislature to raise taxes.
