Easter events

The following is a list of Easter events happening today in Kootenai and Bonner Counties.

Kootenai Fire and Rescue Egg Hunt registration for ages 11 and younger begins at noon for the egg hunt at 1 p.m. at Q’emiln Park. A raffle will follow. Registration is free but required. (208) 676-8739.

Worship Service and Egg Hunt Worship service at 10 a.m. followed by brunch and an egg hunt around 12:30 p.m. for kids up to sixth grade at the Post Falls Church of the Nazarene, 308 W. 12th Ave. (208) 773-4621.

Community United Methodist Church Worship services with handbell choir and trumpet soloist at 8:30 and 11 a.m. and egg hunt at 9:45 a.m. for kids through grade 5. Breakfast from 7:30-10:30 a.m., served by the Acts of Kindness Mission Group and Men’s Fellowship at the church at 1470 W. Hanley Ave., Coeur d’Alene. (208) 765-8800.

Community Easter Egg Hunt 1 p.m. at Coeur d’Alene City Park downtown. Arrive early. Sponsored by North Idaho Men’s Rugby and Northwest Mortgage.

Mica Flats Grange Egg Hunt and Potluck 1:30 p.m., at the grange on U.S. Highway 95 and Kidd Island Bay Road South of Coeur d’Alene. Activities for all ages include potluck dinner, games, decorated hat contest and more. (208) 667-2939.

First Presbyterian Church Worship service at 10 a.m. at the church at 521 Lakeside Ave., in Coeur d’Alene. Sunday school for adults at 9 a.m. and kids and youth Sunday school at 10 a.m., starting in the sanctuary. Egg hunt will follow at 11 a.m. in the gym/family center for ages up to grade 5.
