Coupon workshops planned this week

If slashing the monthly grocery bill is a goal, a BeCentsAble coupon workshop could do the trick.

The business was started by two Midwestern moms in 2007. Together, Chrissy Pate and Kristin McKee learned how to slash their monthly grocery bill in half (and then some) with coupon and saving strategies. And they’ve trained educators around the country to teach what they’ve learned to others.

Spokane area educator Tianna Abel is hosting three workshops this week for those who would like to learn more. The fee is $25 per person. She’ll host workshops on Spokane’s North Side tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. A third workshop will be Thursday evening at the Lincoln Center, 1316 N. Lincoln St. For more information or to sign up, contact Abel at (509) 467-7070 or centsable.tianna@gmail.com.
