Sunshine, warm weather start week

Blue skies, sunshine and temperatures in the 70s are on tap through Wednesday, when it’s back to normal spring weather. Today’s high is expected to reach 75, according to the National Weather Service. Tuesday’s forecasted high is 79, which is above normal for this time of year, but the record of 87 set in 1906 is not in jeopardy. Temperatures will begin to drop on Wednesday when a high of 73 is expected, and by Thursday the Inland Northwest will be back in the 50s with a chance of showers, according to the Weather Service.
