Senior meals

For the week of April 27-May 1

Monday – Option 1: Barbecued chicken, hash brown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower mix. Option 2: Frittata, melon cup.

Tuesday – 1: Peachy pork, vegetables, green beans. 2: Chicken sandwich, tomato bisque.

Wednesday – 1: Beef stroganoff with pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, mandarin orange-spinach salad. 2: Turkey wrap, mandarin orange-spinach salad.

Thursday – 1: Chicken-wild rice casserole, vegetables, winter squash. 2: Tuna pasta salad, three-bean salad, breadstick, fresh fruit.

Friday – 1: Swiss steak, garlic-rosemary potatoes, vegetables, three-bean salad, peaches. 2: Clam chowder, crackers, cheese, peaches.
