    Perhaps the Library Systems could be used as an example of how the County and City's can combine budgets and resources and give better service to us all. Then we can move toward combining the police force's under one Elected leader like the outstanding Sheriff Ozzie. John

    It wasn`t that long ago Mayor Verner said, “Spokane is better off than most cities”, speaking about the nations down turn. FIGURES!
