Ford man charged in fatal crash

A Ford man has been charged with DUI and vehicular homicide after he lost control of the pickup he was driving, left the roadway and rolled several times.

The crash killed 22-year-old Zachary J. White of Medical Lake, who was a passenger in the 2007 GMC pickup, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Emergency crews responded at about 8:30 p.m. Monday night to milepost 41 of State Highway 231 in Lincoln County where they found the crashed pickup driven by 39-year-old Bill M. Menuhov.

According to the police report, Menuhov was northbound when he entered a curve to the right. His truck traveled off the roadway and rolled several times before coming to rest on its wheels. White was declared dead at the scene.

The listed cause of the crash was DUI and it indicated that vehicular homicide charges are pending, according to a news release.
