Motorcyclist injured in early morning crash
A motorcyclist was in stable condition this morning at a Spokane hospital following an accident in the 2800 block of South Crescent Avenue at Nelson Street in northeast Spokane.
The accident occurred about 1:30 a.m. when the rider failed to negotiate an offset intersection and struck the curb. Spokane Police said that the motorcyclist may have been driving while intoxicated. The injuries were serious but not life threatening, police said.
