Coeur d’Alene police

Linda Marinello, employee of the Coeur d’Alene Press, reported Wednesday the $1,400 theft of two newspaper vending machines from the 1200 and 1300 block of North Fourth Street.

Palmer Wharton reported Tuesday the $3,560 theft of a laptop computer, jewelry and cash from his home on the 1900 block of North 14th Street.

Kootenai County sheriff

Gary Votava, Coeur d’Alene, reported Wednesday the $1,500 theft of a wood stove and antique wheelbarrow from his home on the 900 block of South Goldrush Road.

Charlotte Mantia, Athol, reported Wednesday the $500 theft of medication from her home on the 8000 block of East Black Bear Road.

Robert Thomas, Coeur d’Alene, reported Wednesday the $950 theft of a Honda generator from property on the 16000 block of West Prairie Avenue near Post Falls.
