Three easy steps to ruin

The Spokesman-Review

How to destroy our health care system:

1. Don’t pass tort reform, so you can keep malpractice insurance at a prohibitive level to run doctors out of business.

2. Take $316 billion out of Medicare.

3. Force insurance companies to accept pre-existing conditions to drive up premiums.

Use the same twisted logic and force care insurance companies to cover wrecked autos and fire insurance companies to cover and rebuild previously burned houses.

Too bad Chicago politicians don’t have the smarts to figure this one out.
