Date of demonstration wrong

Members of the Northern Idaho Wolf Alliance will demonstrate against wolf hunts from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday in front of the Bonner County Courthouse in Sandpoint. A story on Tuesday’s Region page listed the wrong day, because of a reporter’s error.

Steelhead season misstated

The Friday hunting-fishing report referred to “catch-and-keep” steelhead fishing on the Clearwater River between Lewiston’s Memorial Bridge and Orofino. The season for keeping fish in that stretch does not open until Oct. 15.
