Kennedy cartoon nasty

The Spokesman-Review

To quote Charlie Brown: “Good grief.”

When the nation is honoring Sen. Kennedy for his devotion to his state and to his country, you print such a demeaning cartoon that it challenges what one believes is good taste. You have a history of printing unbelievably nasty cartoons when the subject is a Democrat or a Democrat-sponsored bill. I guess we will always have a partisan newspaper in Spokane as long as we have The Spokesman-Review.

You have outdone yourselves in tastelessness with the cartoon you printed on Aug. 28.
