Point us toward the holiday lights

Once again this season, folks across the region will be trying to outdo each other with the biggest, brightest holiday lights this side of the Las Vegas strip.

And once again, we’ll be publishing a list of those grandiose displays – with your help.

If you spot something particularly eye-catching, either in your neighbor’s yard (or your own) or while driving around town, we’d like to know about it.

Just go online to www.spokesman.com/holidaylights, click on the “Tell us about it” link and fill out the brief form.

At that same Web address, you’ll be able to see all of the addresses that have been entered so far, sort them by neighborhood, and create maps for your own personal tour.

We’ll also run the list in the newspaper beginning Dec. 13.
